Charles Kimberlin Brain, also known as C. K. "Bob" Brain (born 7 May 1931, in Southern Rhodesia, now modern Harare, Zimbabwe), is a South African paleontologist who has studied and taught African cave taphonomy for more than fifty years.

Brain leitete von 1965 bis Anfang der 1990er-Jahre die Ausgrabungen in Swartkrans, in deren Verlauf mehrere hundert hominine Fossilien, vor allem von Paranthropus robustus und Homo ergaster, sowie zahlreiche Tierfossilien und Steinwerkzeuge geborgen wurden.
