Channing Moore Williams (July 17, 1829 – December 2, 1910) was an Episcopal Church missionary, later bishop, in China and Japan. Williams was a leading figure in the establishment of the Anglican Church in Japan. His commemoration in some Anglican liturgical calendars is on 2 December.

(en) チャニング・ムーア・ウイリアムズ（Channing Moore Williams、中国語: 維廉、1829年7月18日 - 1910年12月2日）は、米国聖公会のアメリカ人宣教師。中国での伝道活動のあと、1859年（安政6年）日本が開国する状況下、ジョン・リギンズとともにプロテスタント最初の宣教師として長崎に来日。長崎では大隈重信（第8・17代内閣総理大臣）に英学を教え、「日本近代郵便の父」と呼ばれる前島密には郵便制度も教え、日本の郵便制度の近代化に繋げた。立教大学、立教女学院の創設者であり、日本各地に学校や教会を設立した。英国聖公会のエドワード・ビカステスと日本聖公会の組織を確立。日本聖公会の初代主教となり、聖公会の発展に力を尽くした。1889年（明治22年）主教を辞し、一牧者として関西で伝道に従事し、1908年（明治41年）に帰米するまで収入の全てを聖公会のために捧げた。その生き方は、「道を伝えて己を伝えず」の言葉を体現し、生まれ故郷のリッチモンドにあるにも刻まれている。 (ja) 惠主教（Channing Moore Williams，1829年7月18日－1910年12月2日），美国圣公会传教士，中国和日本主教。惠主教出生在里士满，1855年按立为会吏。1857年，他在中国按立为牧师，1857年被派往日本长崎。1866年，他被祝圣为中国和日本主教。1874年，他前往东京，建立了圣保罗大学，即今天的东京立教大学。 1878年，他联合各国圣公会传教士加强日本圣公会。1893年任命继任者之后，他住在日本京都，直到1908年才返回美国，1910年12月2日在里士满去世。他被圣公会列为圣人纪念.
