| - Blato je opčina ležící na chorvatském ostrově Korčula. Má rozlohu 93,24 km2 a žije zde 4769 obyvatel (2005). Narodil se zde novinář a spisovatel . Samotná opčina je druhé největší sídlo na ostrově, nachází se na planině . Blato obklopuje centrální náměstí s farním kostelem všech svatých, který byl dokončen v 17. století. Dřevěné oltáře maloval renesanční malíř . Na náměstí stojí městská budova s arkádami z roku 1700. Nejstaršími budovami jsou hřbitovní kostel sv. Kříže a kostel sv. Jeronýma ze 14. století. (cs)

- Blato est un village et une municipalité située sur l'île de Korčula, dans le comitat de Dubrovnik-Neretva, en Croatie. Au recensement de 2001, la municipalité comptait 3 680 habitants, dont 98,42 % de Croates et le village seul comptait 3 659 habitants. On y arrive par la route depuis Smokvica à travers les paysages forestiers du centre de l'île. L'agglomération est construite comme un amphithéâtre sur les quelques collines entourant une vallée centrale. Au centre se trouve une longue allée bordée de tilleuls, dénommée Zlinja et le long de laquelle furent récemment construits divers bâtiments publics : école, hôtel, banques, commerces, mairie, dispensaire, etc. (fr)

- Blatta (in croato Blato) è un comune di 3.583 abitanti, che si trova nella parte occidentale dell'isola di Curzola, nella regione raguseo-narentana in Croazia. Blatta è il capoluogo comunale con 3.551 abitanti. Vi si arriva anche seguendo la strada principale dell'isola di Curzola, passando per Smoquizza attraverso paesaggi boschivi. La borgata si apre a forma di anfiteatro su alcune colline attorno a una piccola valle. L'abitato è attraversato da un lungo viale di tigli detto "Zlinja" ai cui lati, nei tempi più recenti, è sorta una serie di edifici pubblici: una scuola, un albergo, banche, negozi, il palazzo del Comune e un ospedale.
