Die Österreichische Eishockeyliga 2005/2006 begann am 22. September 2005 und endete am 2. April 2006. Titelverteidiger waren die Vienna Capitals, neuer Österreichischer Meister wurde jedoch zum sechsten Mal der EC VSV. Dieser konnte sich im Finale gegen den EC Red Bull Salzburg durchsetzen, der nach dem Grunddurchgang noch geführt hatte. (de)
