The 1946 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team was an American football team that represented the University of Nebraska as a member of the Big 6 Conference during the 1946 college football season. In their first year under head coach Bernie Masterson, the Cornhuskers compiled a 3–6 record (3–2 against Big 6 opponents) and were outscored by a total of 161 to 126. The team played its home games at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska.
