Çarşıbaşı (Ottoman Turkish: İskefiye) is a town and district of Trabzon Province in the Black Sea region of Turkey. The mayor is Mümin Nuhoğlu (MHP). Çarşıbaşı is a town and district in the East Black Sea region in Turkey, 34 km from Giresun, on the west coastal path. Its, old name being “Iskefiye,” Çarşıbaşı revised their name in 1962.
