Qillqatani (Aymara qillqaña to write, -ta a suffix to indicate the participle, -ni a suffix to indicate ownership, "the one with something written", Hispanicized Qelqatani, Quelcatani) is an archaeological site in Peru. It is located above the , in the Puno Region, El Collao Province, Santa Rosa District, at a height of about 5 m (16 ft) above the riverbed. Qillqatani is surrounded by dry puna. The site was declared a National Cultural Heritage (Patrimonio Cultural) of Peru. Qillqatani is known for its elaborate rock art panels.

Investigaciones iniciadas en los años 1965 han permitido registrar más de 1000 dibujos de figuras antropomórficas y zoomórficas. La localidad de Qelqatani se encuentra a 85 km de la ciudad de Puno, en las proximidades de Mazo Cruz capital del Distrito de Santa Rosa (El Collao).
