- The Ati-Atihan festival is a Philippine festival held annually in January in honor of the Santo Niño (Holy Child or Infant Jesus) in several towns of the province of Aklan, Panay Island. The biggest celebration is held during the third Sunday of January in the town of Kalibo, the province's capital. The name Ati-Atihan means "to imitate the Ati people". The festival consists of religious processions and street-parades, showcasing themed floats, dancing groups wearing colorful costumes, marching bands, and people sporting face and body paints. The street parade is known as Sadsad, which is also what the locals call their way of dancing where the foot is momentarily dragged along the ground in tune to the beat played by the marching bands. It has inspired other Philippine Festivals such as Dinagyang of Iloilo and Sinulog of Cebu, thus, it is known as the "Mother of All Philippine Festivals." (en)

- Het Ati-Atihan festival is een kleurrijk feest dat elk derde weekend van januari gevierd wordt in Kalibo, de hoofdstad van de Filipijnse provincie Aklan. Het feest wordt gehouden ter ere van Santo Niño en is een van de meest bekende festivals van het land. Dit festival wordt wel beschouwd als de moeder van alle festivals van de Filipijnen. De deelnemers schilderen hun gezichten zwart met behulp van roet, om op de oorspronkelijke Negrito inwoners te lijken en dragen daarbij zeer kleurrijke kostuums. Op het ritme van de trommels verplaatst de stoet deelnemers zich door de stad. Onder het roepen van de kreet Hala Bira wordt steeds twee stappen vooruit en een stap terug gedaan. (nl)
- O festival Ati-Atihan é um festival filipino realizado anualmente em janeiro em homenagem ao Santo Niño (Santo Filho ou Menino Jesus) em várias cidades da província de Aklan, Ilha panay. A maior celebração é realizada durante o terceiro domingo de janeiro na cidade de Kalibo, capital da província. O nome Ati-Atihan significa "imitar o povo Ati". O festival é composto por procissões religiosas e desfiles de rua, mostrando carros alegóricos temáticos, grupos de dança vestindo trajes coloridos, bandas marciais e pessoas ostentando pinturas faciais e corporais. O desfile de rua é conhecido como "Sadsad", que também é o que os moradores chamam de sua maneira de dançar onde o pé é momentaneamente arrastado ao longo do chão em sintonia com a batida tocada pelas bandas. Inspirou outros festivais filipinos, como Dinagyang da cidade de Iloilo e o festival Sinulog de Cebu, assim, é conhecida como a Mãe de Todos os festivais filipinos. (pt)
