- The 2010 Red Bull Air Race World Championship was the eighth official Red Bull Air Race World Championship series. Paul Bonhomme became champion for the second successive year, finishing each of the six rounds of the championship in the top three placings, two of which were victories. Hannes Arch was the only other round winner, taking four victories but finished four points behind Bonhomme, after an eleventh-place finish in the season-opener in the United Arab Emirates. Nigel Lamb finished third with three runner-up placings, and three fourth places. At the end of the season, Red Bull Air Race GmbH announced that the series would take a one-year break in 2011, to reorganize and strengthen development and commercial aspects of the series. (en)

- Red Bull Air Race World Series 2010 był ósmym sezonem cyklu Red Bull Air Race. Tytuł obronił Paul Bonhomme kończąc każdą z rund na podium klasyfikacji zawodów i zwyciężając dwukrotnie. W zawodach zaliczanych do cyklu sezonu 2010 zwyciężał także Hannes Arch (4 razy) ale ostatecznie zajął drugie miejsce w klasyfikacji generalnej przez nieudany dla siebie konkurs inaugurujący sezon, który zakończył na jedenastej pozycji. Na trzecim miejscu sklasyfikowany został . Na koniec sezonu 2010 Red Bull Air Race GmbH ogłosiło, że zawody w kolejnym roku 2011 nie odbędą się. W ostateczności do zmagań powrócono dopiero w 2014 roku (Red Bull Air Race World Series 2014). (pl)

Er zouden acht wedstrijden worden gehouden, maar de wedstrijden in Boedapest en Lissabon werden in juli 2010 kort na elkaar afgelast. Paul Bonhomme won zijn tweede Red Bull Air Race World Series-titel. Aan het eind van het seizoen kondigde Red Bull Air Race GmbH aan dat het kampioenschap in 2011 een jaar pauze zou houden om het te reorganiseren en de ontwikkeling en het commerciële aspect te verbeteren.
