- Die 4-mal-100-Meter-Staffel der Männer bei den Leichtathletik-Europameisterschaften 2010 wurde am 31. Juli und 1. August 2010 im Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys der Stadt Barcelona ausgetragen. Europameister wurde Frankreich in der Besetzung Jimmy Vicaut, Christophe Lemaître (Finale), Pierre-Alexis Pessonneaux, Martial Mbandjock sowie dem im Vorlauf außerdem: eingesetzten . Den zweiten Platz belegte Italien mit Roberto Donati, Simone Collio, Emanuele Di Gregorio und Maurizio Checcucci. Bronze ging an Deutschland (Tobias Unger, Marius Broening, Alexander Kosenkow, Martin Keller). Auch der nur im Vorlauf eingesetzte französische Läufer erhielt eine Goldmedaille. (de)

Shortly after heat 2, it seemed that three teams (France, Poland and Switzerland) would qualify from heat 1, and five teams (Germany, Italy, Portugal, Russia and Spain) from heat 2, including Italy that finished second. However, it was announced that Italian team was disqualified, and subsequently Finnish team qualified from heat 1 to final. Later on, Italy made successful protest against Russia, so that Russia was disqualified and Italy proceeded to final. (en)
