Uroš II. folgte seinem Vater Uroš I. und herrschte über Raszien, Dioklitien und die Küstenländer (heute Herzegowina), teilweise auch über Bosnien. Er unterlag um 1161 dem byzantinischen Kaiser Manuel I. Komnenos. Raszien kam unter die Vorherrschaft von Byzanz, als Župan wurde der Sohn Uroš II. Desa eingesetzt. (de)
- Uroš II de Rascia fue el gran príncipe (župan) del territorio homónimo, en un período de evolución de este, que pasó de territorio vasallo de Bizancio a Estado independiente, a mediados del siglo XII. Durante el reinado de Uroš y pese a las repetidas rebeliones, Rascia se mantuvo como vasallo del imperio. Se sabe que era señor del territorio en el 1146, pero se desconoce la fecha exacta en la que obtuvo el título. Desaparece de las fuentes en el 1155, pero quizá reinó hasta el 1162. (es)

- Uroš II (Serbian Cyrillic: Урош II), also known as Primislav (Примислав) or Prvoslav (Првослав), was Serbian Grand Prince from c.1145 to 1162, with brief interruptions as ruler by Desa, his brother. His rule was characterized by a period of power struggle, not only of the Serbian throne between the brothers but between the Byzantine Empire and Kingdom of Hungary, of which he took advantage. He had two brothers Desa and Beloš, and a sister Helena of Serbia, Queen of Hungary. Furthermore, Uroš II also had to contend with the Second Norman invasion of the Balkans (1147-1149). (en)

- Uroš II Prvoslav, in serbo Урош II Првослав (... – ...; fl. XII secolo), fu un Gran Principe di Raška. Figlio di , ascese al trono di Rascia dopo la morte del padre nel 1145. Uroš I aveva stretto un'alleanza col re d'Ungheria Stefano II, dando in moglie a suo figlio Béla, la propria figlia Jelena. Nel 1131 Stefano II morì, e Béla divenne re, ma, essendo cieco, fu la stessa Jelena ad avere in mano gran parte del potere, aiutata da Beloš, fratello suo e di Uroš II. Nel 1141 anche Béla morì e Beloš fu nominato reggente del giovane Géza II, e fu insignito del titolo di comes palatinus, il più importante tra i ranghi dei dignitari di corte. Come reggente, Beloš strinse un'alleanza ancor più forte col fratello Uroš II. (it)
