USS Killarney (SP-219) was a United States Navy patrol vessel in commission from 1917 to 1919. Killarney was built as the civilian motorboat or motor yacht Dora in 1910 by the Defoe Boat Works at Bay City, Michigan. She was renamed Killarney in 1911. The U.S. Navy purchased Killarney from her owner, James H. McGillan of Green Bay, Wisconsin, on 30 April 1917 for World War I service as a patrol vessel. She was commissioned as USS Killarney (SP-219) on 12 June 1917.
