| - روث ترينغهام (بالإنجليزية: Ruth Tringham) (من مواليد 14 أكتوبر 1940) عالمة أنثروبولوجيا مهتمة بآثار أوروبا التي تعود إلى العصر الحجري الحديث وبآثار جنوب غرب آسيا. وهي أستاذة بكلية الدراسات العليا (قسم الأنثروبولوجيا) بجامعة كاليفورنيا في بيركلي، ومديرة التطوير ورئيسة مركز الآثار الرقمي، وهو منظمة غير ربحية أُسست مؤخرًا. قبل الذهاب إلى بيركلي، درست في جامعة هارفارد وكلية لندن الجامعية. تشتهر ترينغهام على الأرجح بسبب أعمالها في سيليفاتش الصربية (1976-1979) وأوبوفو الصربية (1983-1989)، وأعمالها في مستوطنة كيولوليث في بودغوريتسا ببلغاريا (1995)، وفي موقع تشاتالهويك الشهير بتركيا (1997) . - Ruth Tringham (Bedfordshire, 14 de octubre de 1940) es una antropóloga inglesa que se ha centrado en el estudio de la arqueología de la Europa Neolítica y el suroeste de Asia. Es profesora del departamento de Antropología de la Universidad de California, Berkeley y Directora Creativa y Presidenta del Centro de Arqueología Digital (CoDA), una organización sin fines de lucro recientemente establecida. Antes de ir a Berkeley, enseñó en la Universidad de Harvard y en el University College de Londres. Tringham es sobre todo conocida por su trabajo en Lepenski-Vir, Selevac (1976-1979) y Opovo (1983-1989), Serbia, en el asentamiento Eneolítico de Podgoritsa, Bulgaria (1995), y en el conocido sitio de Çatalhöyük (1997- ), Turquía. She is a Professor of the Graduate School (Anthropology) at the University of California, Berkeley and Creative Director and President of the Center for Digital Archaeology (CoDA), a recently established non-profit organization. Before going to Berkeley, she taught at Harvard University and University College London.
