Prince of Wales' College (Sinhala: වේල්ස් කුමර විද්යාලය Wels Kumara Vidyalaya, Tamil: பிரின்ஸ் ஆஃப் வேல்ஸ் கல்லூரி) is a selective entry boys' school situated in Moratuwa, a suburb of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Prince of Wales College, Moratuwa (along with Princess of Wales' College), was founded and endowed in 1876 by Sir Charles Henry de Soysa, a famous 19th century Sri Lankan philanthropist and was named in honour of His Royal Highness Prince Albert Edward -the Prince of Wales.
