Peter Anthony William Heseltine (born 5 April 1965) is a former English cricketer. Heseltine was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm off break. He was born at Barnsley, Yorkshire. Heseltine made his first-class debut for Sussex against the touring Pakistanis in 1987. He made nineteen further first-class appearances for the county, the last of which came against Surrey in the 1988 County Championship. In his twenty first-class appearances, he took 22 wickets at an average of 48.59, with best figures of 3/33. With the bat, he scored a total of 186 runs at a batting average of 10.94, with a high score of 26. He made three List A appearances for Sussex during the course of the 1987 season, twice against Surrey and once against Northamptonshire. He took four wickets in his three List A
