Johanna Leblanc (born November 21, 1986) is a Haitian-American attorney and a television commentator best known for her work in immigration, national security law, and foreign policy. In 2019, Leblanc was appointed as senior advisor and congressional liaison to Haiti's Ambassador to the United States and the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2020, she successfully lobbied the U.S. congress for a 10-year renewal of the Caribbean Basin Trade and Partnership Act, originally passed in 2000.
