István Déván (Slovak: Štefan Déván; 4 November 1891 – 20 April 1977) was a Hungarian track and field athlete and cross-country skier who competed for Hungary in the 1912 Summer Olympics and in the 1924 Winter Olympics. He was born in Pressburg (Pozsony), Austria-Hungary (today Bratislava, Slovakia) and died in Kempten im Allgäu, West Germany. Twelve years later he participated in the first Winter Olympics and finished 31st in the 18 km cross-country skiing event.

Han medverkade vid två olympiska spel 1912 och 1924. Vid Olympiska sommarspelen 1912 blev han utslagen i semifinalen på 200 meter och misslyckades att gå vidare från första omgången på 400 meter och 4 x 400 meter stafett. Vid Olympiska vinterspelen 1924 slutade han på trettioförsta plats på 18 km. Han deltog även i nordisk kombination, men bröt den tävlingen. (sv)
