Edward George Biester Jr. (born January 5, 1931) is a retired Republican politician and judge who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania, from 1967 to 1977. Biester graduated from George School in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania in 1948, Wesleyan University in 1952, and Temple University School of Law in 1955. He was Assistant District Attorney for Bucks County, Pennsylvania 1958 through 1964. In September 2004 he was appointed to the United States Court of Military Commission Review.
