El Gran Premio de Checoslovaquia de Motociclismo de 1989 fue la decimocuarta y última prueba de la temporada 1989 del Campeonato Mundial de Motociclismo. El Gran Premio se disputó el 26 y 27 de agosto de 1989 en el Circuito de Brno. De races werden verreden op 27 augustus 1989 op het Automotodrom Brno nabij Brno. In deze Grand Prix kwamen alle klassen aan de start en werden de wereldtitels in de 125cc-klasse, de 80cc-klasse en de zijspanklasse beslist.
