Michel Menu (Secondigny, 3 de febrero de 1916 - París, 2 de marzo de 2015)​ fue un personaje destacado del Movimiento Scout de Francia. Fue miembro de los Maquis durante la ocupación alemana, oficial de la Legión de Honor e ingeniero. Fue reconocido como quien inició en 1947 la primera reforma del Programa Scout diseñado por Robert Baden-Powell en 1907.Ocupó el cargo de Comisionado Nacional Scout de la asociación (SDF) entre 1947 y 1956. Además fue Subdirector de Campo de Gilwell Park en 1950. Es el creador de los "Scout raiders" y de los "Goums". Michel Menu (February 3, 1916, in Secondigny, Deux-Sèvres – March 2, 2015 in Saint-Cloud, Hauts-de-Seine), was a French engineer and author. A major figure of Catholic Scouting, he was the Deputy Chief Commissioner, National Scout Com,missioner of Scouts de France (1946-1956), and launched the Raider-Scouts scheme in 1948. Figure majeure du scoutisme catholique en France, il est le fondateur des Raiders scouts et des Goums. Michel Menu (Secondigny, 3 febbraio 1916 – Saint-Cloud, 2 marzo 2015) è stato uno scrittore, partigiano e educatore francese. Membro della resistenza francese e figura maggiore dello scautismo cattolico, si concentrò particolarmente sulle necessità spirituali dello scautismo, e su come esso potesse contribuire alla ricostruzione della Francia. È noto per aver ideato ed introdotto nel 1947 i negli Scouts de France (associazione poi confluita negli Scouts et Guides de France) e per aver fondato, nel 1969, il movimento Goum.
