- Škodův palác je historická budova na Novém Městě v Praze 1 a současné sídlo Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy. Pozdně kubistická budova v ulici Jungmannova byla postavena v roce 1929 pro Škodovy závody podle návrhu významného architekta Pavla Janáka (je autorem mimo jiné i paláce Adria, Černínského paláce či pardubického krematoria). Autorem prováděcího projektu a dodavatelem stavby byla stavební firma Nekvasil z Karlína, v budově následně sídlilo generální ředitelství Škodových závodů. V říjnu 2017 změnila budova majitele. Investiční společnost GLL Real Estate Partners (GLL) sídlící v Mnichově koupila 100% podíl společnosti Škodův palác s. r. o. od firmy Guyana Holding Sarl., která do té doby Škodův palác vlastnila. - Le palais Škoda est un édifice Art Déco tardif situé à Prague, en Tchéquie. Il abrite depuis 2004 l'hôtel de ville. Situé rue Jungmannova, il est construit en 1929 pour la société Škoda, d'après un projet de l'architecte Pavel Janák, à qui l'on doit le Palais Adria, à Prague également. L'immeuble de bureaux adjacent de la rue Charvátova date de 1937. Aujourd'hui encore, les deux bâtiments satisfont aux exigences les plus strictes grâce à leur disposition flexible des bureaux et des espaces communs. Les bâtiments sont accessibles par plusieurs entrées, ce qui permet de diviser facilement les intérieurs en sections indépendantes. Le palais a servi de siège au groupe énergétique ČEZ de 1994 à 2004. (fr)

The late Art Deco building in Jungmannova Street was built in 1929 for the Škoda company using a design by the prominent architect Pavel Janák (Adria Palace, Czernin Palace). The adjacent office building in Charvátova Street dates back to 1937. Even today, both buildings still satisfy the strictest requirements thanks to their flexible arrangement of office and common space within the buildings. The buildings are accessible through several entrances, which allows the interiors to be easily divided into independent sections. The Palace served as the headquarters of the ČEZ Energy Group from 1994 to 2004. (en)
