William H. Plummer (August 19, 1860 – December 22, 1926) was an American politician in the state of Washington. He served in the Washington State Senate from 1897 to 1901. From 1897 to 1899, he was President pro tempore of the Senate. Plummer died in his home in Arcadia, California, at the age of 66, following a month-long illness. He was survived by his wife, Ella, and was interred at Pasadena, California.
