- Die Hochschule Mainz – University of Applied Sciences ist eine Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW) des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz. Bis 2017 war der Name Fachhochschule Mainz. Sie ist mit der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität und der Katholischen Hochschule eine der drei öffentlichen Hochschulen in der Landeshauptstadt Mainz. Die Hochschule Mainz verteilt sich auf fünf Standorte. Sie kooperiert im Rahmen des berufs- und ausbildungsintegrierenden Studienangebotes mit mehr als 600 Unternehmen und unterhält weltweit zu rund 90 Universitäten partnerschaftliche Beziehungen mit speziellen Austauschprogrammen. Das Studienangebot umfasst Bachelor- und Master-Studiengänge in klassischer Form (Vollzeit) sowie als dual bzw. berufsintegrierende Studiengänge in Teilzeit. Außerdem bietet die Hochschule zahlreiche Weiterbildungsmaster-Studiengänge für Berufstätige an. Im Wintersemester 2022/23 waren rund 5.600 Studierende an der Hochschule Mainz eingeschrieben. Rund drei Viertel der Studierenden absolvieren ein Bachelor-Studium. Etwa ein Viertel sind Masterstudierende. Seit März 2020 ist Susanne Weissman Präsidentin der Hochschule Mainz. (de)
- La Hochschule Mainz - Université des sciences appliquées est une université des sciences appliquées (HAW) dans le Land de Rhénanie-Palatinat. Jusqu'en 2017, le nom était Fachhochschule Mainz. Avec l'université Johannes Gutenberg et l'université catholique, elle est l'une des trois universités publiques de la capitale du Land, Mayence. L'université des sciences appliquées de Mayence est répartie sur cinq sites. Elle coopère avec plus de 600 entreprises dans le cadre de ses programmes d'études professionnels et intégrés à la formation et entretient des relations de partenariat avec environ 90 universités du monde entier dans le cadre de programmes d'échanges spéciaux. Les programmes d'études proposés comprennent des programmes de bachelor et de master dans la forme classique (à temps plein) ainsi que des programmes de diplôme intégrés à la profession, en alternance ou à temps partiel. En outre, l'université propose de nombreux programmes de maîtrise de formation continue pour les professionnels en activité. Au semestre d'été 2021, environ 5 700 étudiants étaient inscrits à l'université des sciences appliquées de Mayence. The common feature of all fields of study is the practical orientation of the university, the short periods of study and the internationally orientated courses.In 2009 the School of Business, the School of Engineering with the departments Geoinformatics and Surveying and the administration of the university moved to the new location "Campus".
