- قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم 762، المعتمد بالإجماع في 30 يونيو 1992، وبعد أن أعاد المجلس تأكيد القرارات 713 (1991)، و721 (1991)، و724 (1991)، و727 (1992)، و740 (1992)، و743 (1992)، و749 (1992)، و752 (1992)، و757 (1992)، و758 (1992)، و760 (1992)، و761 (1992)، حث المجلس جميع الأطراف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها تجاه خطة الأمم المتحدة في يوغوسلافيا السابقة وإكمال وقف الأعمال العدائية. وحث أيضا كرواتيا على سحب جيشها من هجومها الذي وقع مؤخرا في دالماتيا إلى المواقع التي شغلتها قبل 21 يونيو 1992، وحث الوحدات المتبقية من الجيش الشعبي اليوغوسلافي فضلا عن قوات الدفاع الإقليمية الصربية في كرواتيا، وكذلك القوات غير النظامية على الامتثال بدقة لخطة الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام. وأوصى القرار 762 أيضا بإنشاء لجنة مشتركة تتألف من ممثلين عن الحكومة الكرواتية والصرب المحليين، وينبغي أن تتشاور مع السلطات في بلغراد «عند اللزوم أو عند الاقتضاء» بشأن مهامها المتعلقة برصد سلطات الشرطة وانسحاب كلا الجيشين من المناطق المشمولة بحماية الأمم المتحدة و«المناطق الوردية» خارج نطاق سيطرة الأمم المتحدة. وأذنت أيضا بزيادة 120 من أفراد الشرطة المدنية و60 ضابطا عسكريا إلى قوة الأمم المتحدة للحماية. وبعد أن أكد المجلس من جديد حظر الأسلحة وما يترتب على انهيار خطة الأمم المتحدة من آثار في يوغوسلافيا، دعا جميع الأطراف مرة أخرى إلى التعاون مع المؤتمر المعني بيوغوسلافيا بهدف التوصل إلى تسوية سياسية تتمشى مع مبادئ منظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا. و لم تمتثل كرواتيا، ولم تسحب جيشها. - La Resolució 762 del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides, fou adoptada per unanimitat el 30 de juny de 1992. Després de reafirmar les resolucions 713 (1991), 721 (1991), 724 (1991), 743 (1992), 727 (1992), 740, 749 (1992), 757, 758, 760 i 761 (1992) el Consell va instar a totes les parts a complir els seus compromisos amb el pla de les Nacions Unides a l'antiga Iugoslàvia i completin el cessament d'hostilitats. També va instar a Croàcia a retirar l'exèrcit de l'exèrcit croat de la seva a Dalmàcia a posicions preses abans del 21 de juny de 1992 i va instar la resta unitats de l'Exèrcit Popular Iugoslau, així com les forces de defensa territorials a Croàcia i també les forces irregulars a complir estrictament amb el pla de manteniment de la pau de les Nacions Unides. La resolució 762 també va recomanar l'establiment d'una Comissió Mixta, integrada per representants del govern del i dels que haurien de consultar "si fos necessari o apropiat" "les autoritats a Belgrad sobre les seves funcions en relació amb el seguiment de les autoritats policials i la retirada dels dos exèrcits de les àrees protegides de les Nacions Unides i les "zones roses" fora del control de les Nacions Unides. També va autoritzar un augment de 120 policies civils i 60 oficials militars a la Força de Protecció de les Nacions Unides. Usai mengulang resolusi-resolusi 713 (1991), 721 (1991), 724 (1991), 727 (1992), 740 (1992), 743 (1992), 749 (1992), 752 (1992), 757 (1992), 758 (1992), 760 (1992), dan 761 (1992), DKPBB meminta agar semua pihak menghormati komitmen mereka terhadap rencana PBB di dan merampungkan penghentian pertikaian. - United Nations Security Council resolution 762, adopted unanimously on 30 June 1992, after reaffirming resolutions 713 (1991), 721 (1991), 724 (1991), 727 (1992), 740 (1992) 743 (1992), 749 (1992), 752 (1992), 757 (1992), 758 (1992), 760 (1992) and 761 (1992), the Council urged all parties to honour their commitments to the United Nations plan in former Yugoslavia and complete a cessation of hostilities. It also urged Croatia to withdraw its army from its recent offensive in Dalmatia to positions held before 21 June 1992, and urged the remaining units of the Yugoslav People's Army as well as the Serbian territorial defence forces in Croatia, and also the irregular forces to strictly comply with the United Nations peacekeeping plan. Resolution 762 also recommended the establishment of a Joint Commission, consisting of representatives of the Croatian government and local Serbs, which should consult "if necessary or appropriate" with the authorities in Belgrade as to its functions regarding the monitoring of police authorities and the withdrawal of both armies from the United Nations Protected Areas and "pink zones" outside of United Nations control. It also authorised an increase of 120 civilian police and 60 military officers to the United Nations Protection Force. Reaffirming the arms embargo and the consequences that the collapse of the United Nations plan in Yugoslavia could have, the Council called on all parties again to co-operate with the Conference on Yugoslavia with its aim to reaching a political settlement consistent with the principles of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. Croatia did not comply and did not withdraw its army. (en)
