- أورسولا «أولا» يلبكه (بالألمانية: Ursula "Ulla" Jelpke) (مواليد 9 يونيو 1951) هي صحفية وسياسية ألمانية. يلبكه هي عضوة في البوندستاغ الألماني حيث تعمل كمتحدثة باسم الشؤون الداخلية لحزب اليسار وتمثل الحزب في لجنة الشؤون الداخلية ولجنة الشؤون القانونية. باعتبارها مصففة شعر وبائعة كتب، حصلت يلبكه لاحقًا على شهادة الدراسة الثانوية ودرست علم الاجتماع والاقتصاد. كانت قد ترأست مكتب الشؤون الداخلية في صحيفة Junge Welt في برلين من عام 2002 حتى عام 2005. تعمل منذ عام 2003 كمحررة مشاركة لمجلة أوسيتزكي. كانت يلبكه عضوًا في برلمان هامبورغ في قائمة الخضر البديل مرتين بين عامي 1981 و1989. بدءً من عام 1990، كانت عضوًا في البوندستاغ الألماني خلال الدورات الثانية عشرة إلى الرابعة عشر والسادسة عشر والسابعة عشر على التوالي. Von 2002 bis 2005 war sie Innenressortleiterin der jungen Welt. Von 2005 bis 2021 gehörte sie für die PDS bzw. Linke wieder dem Bundestag an. In ihrer Partei gehörte sie zum „Sprecher*innenrat“ der Strömung „Antikapitalistische Linke“. (de)

Jelpke is a member of the German Bundestag where she is domestic affairs spokesperson for the party Die Linke and represents the party in the internal affairs committee and the legal affairs committee. As a trained hairdresser and book seller, Jelpke later acquired a high school diploma and studied sociology and economics. From 2002 until 2005 she headed the domestic affairs desk at the newspaper Junge Welt in Berlin. Since 2003 she has been co-editor of the magazine Ossietzky. Jelpke was a member of the Hamburg Bürgerschaft for the Green-Alternative List twice between 1981 and 1989. Starting from 1990, she has been a member of the 12th–14th, 16th and 17th German Bundestags respectively. In November 2020, Jelpke announced that she would not seek reelection in the 2021 German federal election. (en)
