- المعاهدة الفرنسية الإسبانية حول المغرب هي مُعاهدة وقعت في 27 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1912 بين كل من فرنسا وإسبانيا حول المغرب، حيث اعترفت فيها فرنسا بشمال وجنوب المغرب كمنطقتي نفوذ تابعتين لإسبانيا كما اعترفت بمناطق أخرى خاضعة للسيطرة الإسبانية وذلك بحكم الأمر الواقع، وفي المقابل حافظت فرنسا على ما كانت تملكه في المغرب قبل توقيع هذه المعاهدة، كما زادت من بسط نفوذها باعتبارها الدولة الوحيدة القائمة بشؤون المغرب في تلك الفترة، ولم يدم ذلك طويلاً خاصة بعد توقيعها على معاهدة فاس. أصبح الجزء الشمالي من المغرب تابع للحماية الإسبانية وعاصمتها تطوان، أما الجزء الجنوبي فصارت عاصمته العيون وبات كمنطقة عازلة بين السلطات الإسبانية التي كانت تتمركز في الصحراء الإسبانية والمغرب. - The Treaty between France and Spain regarding Morocco was signed on 27 November 1912 by French and Spanish heads of state, establishing de jure a Spanish Zone of influence in northern and southern Morocco, both zones being de facto under Spanish control, while France was still regarded as the protecting power as it was the sole occupying power to sign the Treaty of Fez. The northern part was to become the zone of the Spanish protectorate in Morocco with its capital in Tetuan, while the southern part was ruled from El Aiun as a buffer zone between the Spanish Colony of Rio de Oro and French Morocco. - O Tratado entre a França e a Espanha sobre o Marrocos foi assinado em 27 de novembro de 1912 pelos chefes de Estado francês e espanhol, estabelecendo uma zona de influência espanhola de jure no norte e no sul de Marrocos; com as duas zonas estando de facto sob controle espanhol, enquanto que a França ainda seria considerada como a potência protetora, uma vez que foi a única força de ocupação a assinar o Tratado de Fez. A parte norte tornou-se o Protetorado Espanhol do Marrocos, com sua capital em Tetuão, enquanto a parte sul foi governada a partir de El Aaiún como uma zona de segurança entre a colônia espanhola de Rio de Oro e o Marrocos.
