- ثيربانيس ((باليونانية: Θεράπνες))، قديماً كانت تُدعي ثيربناس ((بالإغريقية: Θεράπνη))هي وحدة البلدية (ديموتيكي إينتويتا) من بلدية (ديموس) في إسبرطة داخل الوحدة الإقليمية (بيرافيراكي إينتويتا) من لاكونيا في منطقة (بورفيريا) البيلوبونيز، واحدة من 13 منطقة التي تم تقسيم اليونان عليها. وحدة البلدية تبلغ مساحتها 261.711 كم2. قبل عام 2011 كانت ثيربانيس عبارة عن ديموس لاكونيا وفقًا للقانون 2539 لعام 1997، خطة كابوديسترياس. كان مقعدها جيكوريستا، والتي ليست كذلك الآن. - Ο Δήμος Θεραπνών ήταν δήμος του νομού Λακωνίας που συστάθηκε με το πρόγραμμα Καποδίστριας από τη συνένωση παλαιότερων κοινοτήτων της περιοχής, που αποτέλεσαν στη συνέχεια τα δημοτικά διαμερίσματα του δήμου. Λειτούργησε την περίοδο 1999 -2010 οπότε και καταργήθηκε με την εφαρμογή του προγράμματος Καλλικράτης και εντάχθηκε στον νέο δήμο Σπάρτης. Βρισκόταν στην βόρεια και ανατολική μεριά του νομού. Ο δήμος αποτελούταν από 8 δημοτικά διαμερίσματα, καταλάμβανε έκταση 261,7 τ.χλμ. και είχε συνολικό πληθυσμό 3.062 κατοίκους σύμφωνα με την απογραφή του 2001Μέσα στα όρια του πρώην Δήμου βρίσκεται η αρχαία , το Παλάτι κατά πολλούς του Μενελάου και της Ελένης. - Le dème de Therápnes, en grec moderne : Δήμος Θεραπνών / Dímos Therapnón, est un ancien dème du district régional de Laconie, en Grèce. Depuis 2010, il est fusionné au sein du dème de Sparte. Selon le recensement de 2011, la population du dème compte 2 304 habitants. Le dème tire son nom de la ville antique de Thérapné. (fr)
- Therapnes (Greek: Θεράπνες) is a municipal unit (dimotiki enotita) of the municipality (dimos) of Sparti within the regional unit (perifereiaki enotita) of Laconia in the region (perifereia) of Peloponnese, one of 13 regions into which Greece has been divided. The municipal unit has an area of 261.711 km2. Before 2011 Therapnes was a Demos of Lakonia according to Law 2539 of 1997, the Kapodistria Plan. Its seat was Gkoritsa, which now has no such status. Within its borders lies the ancient town of Therapne. Both before the Kallikratis law and after it, Therapnes was composed of the same eight Local Communities (topiki koinotita), the lowest level of the hierarchy: Agioi Anargyroi (formerly Zouraina), Agrianoi, Gkoritsa, Kalloni, Kefalas, Platana, Skoura and Chrysafa. The population of Therapnes in the 2011 census, conducted by the Ministry of the Interior, was 2,304. (en)
