Technopolis (Gazi) is an industrial museum and a major cultural venue of the City of Athens, Greece, in the neighborhood of Gazi, next to Keramikos and very close to the Acropolis. It is dedicated to the memory of the great Greek composer Manos Hatzidakis, which is why it is also known as "Gazi Technopolis Manos Hatzidakis". Στο χώρο εγκαινιάστηκε το 2013 το Βιομηχανικό Μουσείο Φωταερίου. Πρωτεργάτης αυτής της μεταμόρφωσης του βιομηχανικού χώρου, πάρκου, σε πολιτιστικό χώρο ήταν ο δήμαρχος Αθηναίων Μιλτιάδης Έβερτ επί δημαρχίας του οποίου και ξεκίνησαν οι εργασίες διαμόρφωσης και ανάπλασης, που ολοκληρώθηκαν επί δημάρχου Δ. Αβραμόπουλου το 2001. Πρόκειται για βιομηχανικό μουσειακό χώρο έκτασης 30 στρεμμάτων, που έχει διαμορφωθεί παράλληλα σε πολυδύναμο χώρο πολιτισμού αποτελώντας έναν ακόμη πόλο πολιτιστικής έλξης της σύγχρονης Αθήνας. Οι άλλοτε δεξαμενές, αποθήκες, βιομηχανικές εγκαταστάσεις, καπνοδόχοι, φούρνοι κ.λπ έχουν μεταβληθεί σ' ένα καλλιτεχνικό «δέσιμο» στους σκοπούς της νέας παρουσίασης και παραγωγής τέχνης στο χώρο. Σήμερα στις εγκαταστάσεις της «Τεχνόπολις» περιλαμβάνονται αίθριοι και κλειστοί έκθεσιακοί χώροι, χώροι συνεδρίων, πολιτιστικών εκδηλώσεων και παρουσιάσεων, μουσικής, χορού, θεάτρου, φωτογραφίας, ζωγραφικής, κόμικς, αγιογραφίας και κάθε καλλιτεχνικής εκδήλωσης. Επίσης, στον ίδιο χώρο και στο ειδικά διαμορφωμένο πρώτο αεροφυλάκιο - δεξαμενή βρίσκονται οι εγκαταστάσεις του δημοτικού ραδιοφωνικού σταθμού Αθήνα 9.84 καθώς και η Υδρόγειος της Ειρήνης στην επίσημη είσοδο της εγκατάστασης. Όλος αυτός ο πολυχώρος είναι αφιερωμένος στον Μάνο Χατζιδάκι, του οποίου το όνομα φέρει επιπρόσθετα. Κάθε χρόνο παρουσιάζει δεκάδες καλλιτεχνικές εκδηλώσεις, όπως μουσική, χορό, κινηματογράφο, θέατρο και παραστατικές τέχνες, εικαστικά και εφαρμοσμένες τέχνες, εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα για παιδιά, περιοδικές εκθέσεις, πρωτοβουλίες για την ανάπτυξη της καινοτομίας και της επιχειρηματικότητας με πάνω από 600.000 επισκέπτες ετησίως.
