- Wachovia Financial Center (dříve Southeast Financial Center a First Union Financial Center) je mrakodrap v Miami. Má 55 podlaží a výšku 233 metrů Výstavba probíhala v letech 1981 – 1984. Po svém dokončení v roce 1984 se stal až do roku 2003 nejvyšší budovou v Miami i na celé Floridě, poté byl překonán Four Seasons Hotel Miami. V dnešní době je tedy 2. nejvyšší mrakodrap ve městě i ve státě, ale je stále nejvyšší kancelářský mrakodrap v Miami i na Floridě. Dříve znám pod názvy Southeast Financial Center (1984-1992) a First Union Financial Center (1992-2003). Za designem budovy stojí architektonická firma Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Nach seiner Vollendung konnte das Gebäude den Titel des höchsten Gebäudes der Stadt und des Bundesstaates 20 Jahre lang für sich behaupten. Erst 2003 wurde es von dem 240 Meter hohen Four Seasons Hotel & Tower abgelöst, seitdem ist es noch das zweithöchste Gebäude. Im Jahr 2011 wurde das Gebäude von seinem Namen Wachovia Financial Center wieder in den ursprünglichen Namen Southeast Financial Center umbenannt, den es von seiner Erbauung bis zum Jahr 1992 getragen hatte. Dieser Name stammt vom ursprünglichen Bauherren des Bauwerks, der . Der bisherige Eigentümer Wachovia wurde 2008 durch das Unternehmen Wells Fargo komplett übernommen, in dessen Rahmen auch das Gebäude im Jahr 2011 wieder umbenannt wurde. Von 1992 bis 2003 hatte es den Namen First Union Financial Center. In den 1980er-Jahren war das Gebäude mehrfach in der Serie Miami Vice zu sehen. (de)
