- L'inventaire de phobie sociale (INPS) est un questionnaire élaboré par le département de Psychiatrie et de Sciences Comportementales de l'Université de Duke pour dépister et mesurer la gravité du trouble d'anxiété sociale. Cette échelle d'évaluation, basée sur les déclarations personnelles, se compose de 17 éléments qui recouvrent le spectre de la phobie sociale telle que la peur, l'évasion, et les symptômes physiologiques. Les éléments de l'INPS indiquent les signes particuliers de la phobie sociale. La personne qui répond doit indiquer avec quelle intensité chaque énoncé s'applique à elle. Le questionnaire INPS est similaire à une enquête de service de clientèle. Chaque déclaration peut être mesurée par un choix entre cinq réponses, avec une échelle d'intensité allant de « Pas du tout » à « Extrêmement ». Chaque réponse est ensuite affectée à une valeur numérique allant du moins intense au plus intense. L'évaluation globale se termine par le score total : un score total supérieur à 19 indique une probabilité de trouble d'anxiété sociale. - Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) is a questionnaire developed by the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences of Duke University for screening and measuring severity of social anxiety disorder. This self-reported assessment scale consists of 17 items, which cover the main spectrum of social phobia such as fear, avoidance, and physiological symptoms. The statements of the SPIN items indicate the particular signs of social phobia. Answering the statements a person should indicate how much each statement applies to him or her. The SPIN questionnaire is similar to a customer service survey. Each statement of SPIN can be measured by a choice of five answers based on a scale of intensity of social phobia signs ranging from "Not at all" to "Extremely". Each answer is then assigned a number value ranging from least intense to most intense. Overall assessment is done by total score, and the total score higher than 19 indicates on likelihood of social anxiety disorder. The SPIN is considered as a valid assessment scale for screening social anxiety disorder as well as measuring of social phobia severity and outcome following treatment. - Il Social Phobia Inventory o SPIN (acronimo) è un questionario, ideato dal Dipartimento di Psichiatria e Scienze Comportamentali della Duke University, per valutare la gravità di una Fobia sociale. È un modulo di autovalutazione, contenente 17 domande, sui principali aspetti della fobia, come la paura, l'evitamento ed i sintomi psicosomatici. Lo SPIN descrive alcuni comportamenti tipici dei sociofobici e chi risponde deve indicare quanto quella descrizione si adatta a sé. Il questionario è strutturato come un sondaggio sulla clientela. La veridicità di ogni ipotesi può essere indicata scegliendo tra 5 risposte, che vanno da "per niente" a "estremamente", secondo la gravità della fobia. Ad ogni risposta viene assegnato un punteggio proporzionale alla gravità. Il risultato finale è la somma dei punteggi ed un totale superiore a 19 indica una probabile fobia.
