- Le Syndicat mixte Numérian (Ex SM des Inforoutes et Ex SIVU des Inforoutes de l'Ardèche) est un établissement public de coopération intercommunale. Depuis maintenant plus de 20 ans, Numérian (anciennement Inforoutes) met tout en œuvre pour accompagner les collectivités territoriales à maîtriser les technologies de l’information. L’histoire démarre en 1995 sous l’impulsion de Jacques DONDOUX, fondateur et visionnaire ; il a anticipé ce que serait la révolution digitale et numérique, posé les fondements de collaborations nouvelles et nécessaires en milieu rural et, dans un climat de confiance, a insufflé dès le commencement, le numérique au service des territoires. Avec Maurice QUINKAL, ancien maire de Vion, conscients que la topographie freinait les communications routières, ils optèrent pour la communication numérique qui offrait une alternative stratégique pour le développement des territoires. Aujourd’hui, le syndicat rassemble 438 ahérents (468 957 habitants) , 1 conseil départemental et compte 40 agents. La gamme de prestations s’est depuis considérablement enrichie : dématérialisation des marchés publics, maintenance et réseaux informatiques, logiciels communaux et périscolaire, RGPD, inclusion numérique, Système d’Information Géographique, hébergement web, messagerie, wifi public, visioconférence… (fr)
