- SGI Europe (bis Dezember 2020 CEEP – Europäischer Zentralverband der Arbeitgeber und Unternehmen, die öffentliche Dienstleistungen und Dienstleistungen von allgemeinem Interesse erbringen) ist ein europäischer Verband, der Unternehmen vertritt, die Dienstleistungen von allgemeinem Interesse erbringen, unabhängig von ihren Eigentumsverhältnissen oder ihrem Status. SGI Europe ist einer der drei allgemeinen branchenübergreifenden Sozialpartner (SGI Europe und Business Europe als Arbeitgebervertreter sowie der EGB als Arbeitnehmerverter) auf europäischer Ebene, die von der Europäischen Kommission anerkannt sind. Es vertritt die Arbeitgeber der öffentlichen Dienste und der Dienstleistungen von allgemeinem Interesse im europäischen Sozialen Dialoges. SGI Europe und sein Brüsseler Generalsekretariat vertreten die Interessen ihrer Mitglieder vor den europäischen Institutionen. Durch Kontakte zu europäischen Institutionen wie dem Europäischen Parlament, dem Wirtschafts- und Sozialausschuss, dem Europäischen Ausschuss der Regionen und der Europäischen Kommission wird SGI Europe zu Verordnungs-, Richtlinien- und anderen Gesetzesentwürfen, die für seine Mitglieder von Interesse sind, konsultiert. SGI Europe entsendet Vertreter und Beobachter in Ausschüsse und beratende Gremien der europäischen Institutionen und kann so seine Mitglieder über die neuesten Entwicklungen auf europäischer Ebene, die für sie von Interesse sind, auf dem Laufenden halten. Seit dem 8. Dezember 2020 ist Pascal Bolo Präsident von SGI Europe. (de)
- SGI Europe (connu comme le Centre européen des employeurs et entreprises fournissant des services publics et des services d'intérêt général (CEEP) jusqu'en décembre 2020) est une association européenne qui représente des entreprises publiques et des entreprises qui offrent des services d'intérêt économique généraux, publiques ou privés. SGI Europe est l'un des trois partenaires sociaux européens reconnus par la Commission européenne pour participer au dialogue social européen. Il représente les employeurs du secteur public, tandis que BusinessEurope représente les employeurs du secteur privé et la Confédération européenne des syndicats représente les salariés. SGI Europe mène des actions de lobbying auprès des institutions européennes afin d'influencer la législation en faveur des intérêts de ses membres. Il délègue des représentants et des observateurs aux comités et aux commissions consultatives des institutions européennes. Il informe ses membres sur l'évolution de la législation en matière économique. Le secrétariat général de SGI Europe est basé à Bruxelles et est assuré depuis 2012 par Valeria Ronzitti. - SGI Europe (known as CEEP - European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services and Services of General Interest until December 2020 ) is a European association representing enterprises which carry out services of general interest, whatever their ownership or status. SGI Europe is one of the three cross-industry social partners (SGI Europe, BUSINESSEUROPE and European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises as employers' associations and ETUC as trade union) on European level, recognized by the European Commission. It represents employers of public services and of services of general interest in the European Social Dialogue. SGI Europe, and its Brussels General Secretariat, represents the interests of its members before European institutions. By means of contacts to European institutions such as the European Parliament, the Economic and Social Committee, the European Committee of the Regions and the European Commission, SGI Europe is consulted on draft Regulations, Directives and other pieces of legislation of interest to its members. SGI Europe sends representatives and observers to committees and consultative bodies of the European institutions, and so is able to keep its members up to date on the latest developments at European level which are of interest to them. Since 8 December 2020, Pascal Bolo is President of SGI Europe, and Valeria Ronzitti is General Secretary. (en)
