- Rodolfo Certeza Severino Jr. (27 April 1936 – 19 April 2019) adalah seorang diplomat asal Filipina. Ia menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal ASEAN dari tahun 1998 hingga 2002. Ia adalah kepala ASEAN Studies Center (ASC) pertama di ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute di Singapura dari tahun 2008 hingga 2015, dan juga merupakan Adjunct Professor di , Universitas Nasional Singapura hingga 2015. Ia juga adalah Associate Senior Fellow yang berafiliasi dengan ASC di ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute.
