- Das Toyota Owners 400 ist ein Rennen im NASCAR Sprint Cup, das auf dem Richmond International Raceway in Richmond, Virginia ausgetragen wird. Die Rennen wurden von 2007 bis 2011 nach Personen benannt, die einen von Crown Royal gesponserten Schreibwettbewerb während der Festivitäten zum Daytona 500 gewannen. Das Rennen selbst wird als Nachtrennen im frühen Mai veranstaltet. Für einige Jahre wurde es als Tagrennen am Wochenende nach dem Daytona 500 im Februar gefahren. Konsistentes kaltes Wetter und sogar eine Verschiebung wegen Schnee im Jahre 1989 sorgten dafür, dass die Offiziellen das Rennen in den Mai verschoben. Als eine Flutlichtanlage im Jahre 1991 auf der Rennstrecke installiert wurde, blieb es zunächst noch ein Tagrennen, bevor es zu einem Nachtrennen umgewandelt wurde. (de)

Elle compte pour le championnat des NASCAR Cup Series et se déroule sur le Richmond International Raceway de Richmond dans l'état de Virginie. La course a lieu généralement fin avril et le dimanche après-midi. Pendant quelques années, elle s'était déroulée de jour au mois de février, lors du weekend suivant le Daytona 500. L'éclairage est installé en 1991 mais la course du printemps continue d'être disputée en journée. Le temps généralement toujours froid (la neige ayant même provoqué un report de la course en 1989) pousse les officiels à déplacer la date de la course plus tard dans la saison, vers la fin du printemps soit fin mai ou début juin. Ils en profitent pour faire disputer la course le samedi soir au lieu du dimanche après-midi. À partir de la saison 1999, la course est fixée au mois de mai. Depuis 2012 et le réalignement des courses de NASCAR Cup Series, la course est déplacée au dernier samedi d'avril (permutation des dates avec la course du printemps de Talladega) et depuis 2016, se dispute à nouveau le dimanche après-midi. - The Toyota Owners 400 is a 400 lap NASCAR Cup Series stock car race held at the Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Virginia. From 2007 to 2011, former race title sponsor Crown Royal named the race after the winner of an essay contest during Daytona Speedweeks. The winner of the first essay contest was Jim Stewart from Houma, Louisiana, with subsequent contests won by Dan Lowry of Columbiana, Ohio, and Russ Friedman of Huntington, New York, with the 2010 race being named for Army veteran Heath Calhoun of Clarksville, Tennessee. Since 2010 only military service members have been eligible to win the contest. Crown Royal moved the "Your Name Here" sponsorship to the Brickyard 400 beginning in 2012. For several years, the race was held as a Sunday afternoon event the weekend after the Daytona 500 in February. Lights were installed at the facility in 1991, but the spring race remained during the day. Consistent cold weather, and even a snow delay in 1989, prompted track officials to move the race later in the spring. The race was moved around to May or June and permanently moved from Sunday afternoons to Saturday nights. After a few years, the race eventually fixed as a May race date by 1999. Starting in 2012, the race was held on the last Saturday in April, after the race switched dates with the spring Talladega race. The race returned to Sunday afternoon in 2016 but returned to Saturday night in 2018. The 2020 race was not held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, being replaced with a race at Darlington Raceway.
