- Potomak est le label discographique du groupe expérimental allemand Einstürzende Neubauten. Il a été fondé en 1988 par le membre central du groupe Blixa Bargeld, pour assurer la réédition de l'album Kollaps en format CD. Cela permet aussi au groupe d'autoproduire certains de ses publications ou de ses rééditions, tout en continuant à produire la plupart de ses albums dans des plus grands labels comme Mute Records. Potomak produit aussi les projets solo des membres du groupe : Alexander Hacke, N.U. Unruh, Jochen Arbeit, Rudolph Moser ainsi que Ari Benjamin Meyers. - Potomak (Serbo-Croatian for "descendant") is an artist record label for the German experimental rock band Einstürzende Neubauten (Potomak on Discogs). It was founded by the band's front man Blixa Bargeld (born Christian Emmerich on January 12, 1959) in 1988 to support the re-release of the band's Kollaps album on CD format. It also enabled the band to assume ownership of their music and operate outside of a label contract. Potomak also serves as the label for band member's solo projects and has released albums from Alexander Hacke, Rudi Moser and Blixa Bargeld. Potomak releases are distributed through Rykodisc and Indigo. (en)
