Otar Khizaneishvili (born September 26, 1981 in Tbilisi) is a Georgian footballer. Khizaneishvili came from the youth team of Dinamo Tbilisi, and debuted for the Georgian national team at the age of 18. He went to Russian giants Spartak Moscow, but failed to make a breakthrough and had various spells for other Russian clubs as well as Dinamo in the following seasons. Fine performances for Georgia in the qualification for the 2006 FIFA World Cup attracted the interest of SC Freiburg, which has a knack for signing Georgian players.

- Otar Chisaneischwili ist ein georgischer Fußballspieler. Seit 2002 absolvierte der Abwehrspieler 19 Spiele für die Nationalmannschaft Georgiens. Zum Jahresbeginn 2005 wechselte er zum Bundesligisten SC Freiburg. Dort sollte er die Verteidigung stärken, zog sich jedoch beim WM-Qualifikationsspiel gegen die Türkei einen Kreuzbandriss zu.
