- أثناء التخلق المضغي للعين، يصبح الجدار الخارجي لبصلة الحويصلة البصرية أكثر سماكةً ومنغمد. وتتحول البصلة إلى كؤيس (الكويس البصري أو القديح البصري)، الذي يتكون من طبقتين من الخلايا. هاتان الطبقتان من الخلايا تبقيان مرتبطتان معاً عند حافّة الكؤيس، وتتداخلان في النهاية مع العدسة وتصلان إلى أبعد نقطة حيث تتكون فتحة الحدقة لاحقاً.الكؤيس البصري هو جزء من الدماغ البيني ويعمل على رفع شبكية العين (ar)
- Το οπτικό κυστίδιο είναι δομή του εμβρύου από την οποία προκύπτει το μάτι. Κατά την εμβρυακή ανάπτυξη του οφθαλμού, το έξω τοίχωμα των οπτικών κυστιδίων γίνεται πιο μεγάλο και σχηματίζει μια εσωλκή. Έτσι δημιουργείται ένας δίσκος, ο λεγόμενος οπτικός δίσκος, ο οποίος αποτελείται από δύο στρώματα κυττάρων. Αυτά τα δύο στρώματα ενώνονται μεταξύ τους στο χείλος του δίσκου και στη συνέχεια υπερκαλύπτουν τον φακό και φθάνουν μέχρι εκεί που στο μέλλον θα σχηματιστεί η ίριδα. Ο εμβρυολογικός οπτικός δίσκος είναι το μέρος του το οποίο θα εξελιχθεί στον αμφιβληστροειδή. (el)
- La cupule optique ou vésicule optique secondaire, en embryologie, est une invagination en forme de coupe de la au cours de l’embryogénèse. C'est une étape de la formation d'un œil qui débute habituellement chez l’Homme à la fin de 4e semaine du développement embryonnaire. C'est une structure à deux feuillets, interne et externe, qui se termine par le pédoncule optique. Le feuillet externe devient l'épithélium pigmentaire de la rétine, le feuillet interne devient la rétine neuro-sensorielle tandis que le pédoncule optique est colonisé progressivement par des axones produits par des cellules ganglionnaires pour le transformer en nerf optique. Plusieurs anomalies de développement de l'œil (malformations) sont dues à un problème survenu au niveau de la cupule lors du développement embryonnaire ; par exemple un colobome se forme si la cupule optique de l'embryon ne se ferme pas complètement. Une dysversion papillaire se forme s'il y a fermeture incomplète de la fente embryonnaire de la cupule optique (fr)
- During embryonic development of the eye, the outer wall of the bulb of the optic vesicles becomes thickened and invaginated, and the bulb is thus converted into a cup, the optic cup (or ophthalmic cup), consisting of two strata of cells. These two strata are continuous with each other at the cup margin, which ultimately overlaps the front of the lens and reaches as far forward as the future aperture of the pupil. The optic cup is part of the diencephalon and gives rise to the retina of the eye. (en)
