- Minori Hayakari (早狩実紀 Minori Hayakari?) (Kyoto, 29 de novembre de 1972) és una atleta japonesa especialitzada en els 3000 metres obstacles. La seva millor marca personal, de 9:33.93 minuts, és el rècord japonès i ha guanyat títols nacionals japonesos des de la seva primera competició el 2005, obtenint el seu sisè títol el 2011. Hayakari va esdevenir la primera corredora d'obstacles internacional del seu país, després de la seva presentació al Campionat del Món d'atletisme de 2005, on va establir un rècord asiàtic. Igualment, va participar al Campionat del Món d'atletisme de 2011 i va representar el Japó en la primera carrera d'obstacles femenina als Jocs Olímpics de Pequín de 2008. En competició regional, va obtenir la medalla de bronze als Jocs Asiàtics de 2010 i va guanyar el títol continental als de 2011. Her personal best of 9:33.93 minutes is the Japanese record and she has won straight Japanese national titles since the first event in 2005, taking her sixth title in 2011. She became the first international female steeplechaser from her country, following the event's introduction to the World Championships in 2005, where she set an Asian record. She has featured in the World Championship steeplechase event from 2005 to 2011 and represented Japan in the first ever Olympic women's steeplechase at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. In regional competition, she was the bronze medallist at the 2010 Asian Games and took the continental title at the 2011 Asian Athletics Championships. She is a five-time participant at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships and a two-time medallist at the East Asian Games (1999 and 2009). (en)
