Michelangelo Rampulla (born August 10, 1962 in Patti), is an Italian former football goalkeeper.He is best remembered for being the first ever goalkeeper to score a goal in Serie A from open play. In the 22nd round of matches of the 1991-1992 season on 23 February, 1992, his team, Cremonese, fell behind to the home side, Atalanta, through a first-half penalty by Brazilian striker Carlos Bianchezi . With his team still trailing in the dying seconds, Rampulla joined his teammates in attack and headed home a corner from the right from close range, thus rescuing a point for his team and stunning the home crowd. However, it was not enough to save them from relegation at the end of the season. He moved to Juventus where he was a reserve goalkeeper for the most part of his career.

Rampulla aloitti uransa 1970-luvulla Pattesen junioreissa ja siirtyi pian aikuisten tasolle Serie B:ssä pelaavaan Cesenaan, jossa hän vietti kolme vuotta pelaten lähes sata ottelua. Seuraavaksi osoitteena oli Varese, jossa Rampulla jatkoi tasaisia otteitaan kahden kauden ajan. Rampullan viettämä aika Cremonesesessa tuli päätökseen kaudella 1991–92, jolloin hän myös teki ensimmäisenä maalivahtina maalin Italian liigassa. Kesällä 1992 hän siirtyi Juventukseen, jossa menestyksestä huolimatta Rampullan peliaika jäi todella vähiin. Parhaimmillaan hän sai pelata yhden kauden aikana yhdeksän sarjaottelua.
