Michel Le Flochmoan (6 October 1951 – 10 August 2021) was a French professional football player and manager. After an amateur career as a forward with Mouzon, , and Entente Carignan-Linay, he became a manager. He notably coached Sedan and Virton, as well as Jeunesse Esch, which he coached to a championship in 2004. He then coached Dudelange to championships in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. He was coach of Differdange from 2012 to 2014, which won the Luxembourg Cup in 2014. He returned to Dudelange in 2015 and won the Luxembourg Cup in 2016.
