Michael Elconin (born June 20, 1953) is an American politician, investor, and technology consultant. He was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the part of the north side of the city of Milwaukee during the 1970s. He was later executive secretary to Wisconsin Governor Martin J. Schreiber. Until 2019, he was the youngest member ever elected to the Wisconsin Legislature, and was just 19 years old when sworn in in January 1973.
