- Claudio Maurici Mulder Bedoya el nom real del qual és Claude Maurice Mulder Bedoya (Lima, 8 de juny de 1956) és un advocat, periodista i polític peruà, conegut en la política amb el sobrenom de "perro de chacra" ("gos de xacra"). Va ser Congressista de la República del Perú (2001-2006), i al costat de és Secretari General del Partit Aprista Peruà (APRA). Va ser reelegit congressista per al període 2006-2011. Malgrat haver estat alt dirigent del seu partit per llarg temps, va postular per primera vegada al Congrés de la República del Perú l'any 2001 amb un bon cabal de votació per Lima. Va ser dirigent universitari en la en la dècada de 1970 i va treballar amb el fundador del APRA, . Va fer estudis en el Col·legi Pestalozzi, en la i en l' de Ginebra, a Suïssa. Va treballar com a President del Directori de l'Empresa de Ràdio i Televisió del Perú durant el primer govern de Alan García (1985-1990). Després va ser Oficial d'Assumptes Polítics de les Nacions Unides en el procés de pau en El Salvador. Va ser Cap de les pàgines internacionals i d'opinió de diversos diaris de Lima, com el diari Avui i La República. Va ser director del diari Avui. Va ser un decidit opositor al govern de Fujimori. Va integrar el front Fòrum Democràtic que va impulsar la campanya de recol·lecció de signatures contra la reelecció de Alberto Fujimori. Va encapçalar l'any 2001 la Comissió Especial investigadora de la dictadura fujimorista. És des del 28 de juliol de l'any 2006 el Secretari General únic del Partit Aprista, ja que el cosecretari general Jorge del Castillo va assumir la Presidència del Consell de Ministres a l'inaugurar-se el segon govern d'Alan García. Se li coneix com un ortodox de la linea històrica del aprisme i capdavantera de l'ala esquerrana de dita partida. (ca)

- Claude Maurice Mulder Bedoya, known as Mauricio Mulder (born June 8, 1956), is a Peruvian politician, lawyer and former journalist. One of the most prominent and influential members of the Peruvian Aprista Party, he was Congressman from 2001 to 2019, representing Lima. From 2004 to 2010, he held the office of party Secretary General. Born to a Swiss father and a Peruvian mother, Mulder attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru in Lima, earning his law degree in 1979. From a very young age, he joined the Peruvian Aprista Party, and from 1976 to 1977, he led the party's command at his college. He pursued his graduate studies at the Graduate Institute of International Studies (HEI) in Geneva, Switzerland. Under the first presidency of Alan García, Mulder was Chairman of the National Broadcasting Company IRTP. From 1992 to 1995, he served in the United Nations as political officer in the El Salvador peace process. Upon his return to Peru, he was appointed chief editor of the daily newspaper La República, from 1996 to 2001. Since 1999, Mulder has served as a full member of the National Executive Committee of the Peruvian Aprista Party. In 2004, Mulder was elected Institutional Secretary General of the Peruvian Aprista Party. Due to Jorge del Castillo's appointment as Alan García's first Prime Minister of his second Presidency, Mulder held both Institutional and Political affairs until he stepped down in 2010. Considered a confrontational figure in Peruvian politics, Mulder set in motion various controversial procedures during his 18 years in Congress. His tenure in office ended on September 30, 2019, due to the dissolution of Congress by Martín Vizcarra. He has since retired from politics after failing to retain his seat in the 2020 snap parliamentary elections, although he serves in his party as Political Commission Chairman since 2019. (en)
