Raymond Lim Siang Keat (林双吉, born 1959) is the Minister for Transport and the Second Minister for Foreign Affairs in Singapore as well as and a member of the Cabinet of Singapore. He is a Member of Parliament for East Coast Group Representation Constituency's Fengshan division since 2001. He was the Second Minister for Finance and Minister in the Prime Minister's Office.
