John Sutton (born August 10, 1948) is the Sir John Hicks Professor of Economics, and Convener of the Economics Department at the London School of Economics. Professor Sutton received his undergraduate education at University College Dublin, a graduate degree from Trinity College Dublin, and earned his Ph.D. at University of Sheffield. He has written widely in the areas of microeconomic theory and industrial organization.
