- Jean Gaudreau (born May 27, 1964) is a Canadian artist, painter and engraver in the province's capital (Capitale-Nationale). In 2008, he was shown as one of the figures of Quebec's contemporary art scene by Robert Lepage during the celebrations for the 400th anniversary of the foundation of Quebec City. In his animated film Le Moulin à images, Lepage projected images of artworks by Gaudreau next to works from Jean-Paul Lemieux, Martin Bureau, Jean-Paul Riopelle and Alfred Pellan, among others, on grain silos located in Anse au Foulon, in Quebec City's old port. Il est considéré comme l'un des artistes-peintres contemporains les plus importants de la Capitale-Nationale. En 2008, il a été immortalisé parmi les figures notoires de l'art contemporain québécois par Robert Lepage lors des festivités du 400e anniversaire de la fondation de Québec. Dans son film animé Le Moulin à images, Robert Lepage a projeté des œuvres de Jean Gaudreau, qui côtoyaient, entre autres, celles de Jean Paul Lemieux, Martin Bureau, Jean-Paul Riopelle et Alfred Pellan sur des silos à granules situés à Anse au Foulon, dans le vieux port de Québec.
