Jafar Dhia Jafar (Arabic: جعفر ضياء جعفر; born in Baghdad on August 25, 1942) is an Iraqi nuclear physicist, former Vice Chairman of the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission, and chief of Iraq's nuclear program.
