- El International Finance Center Seoul (서울국제금융센터), conocido habitualmente como IFC Seoul (아이 에프 시 서울), es un complejo de uso mixto situado en Seúl, Corea del Sur. Se encuentra en Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu. El proyecto del IFC fue uno de los primeros proyectos a gran escala de Corea del Sur, impulsado por un consorcio internacional. Fue presentado oficialmente en 2005, y forma parte del plan del para modernizar la zona de Yeouido y transformarla en un centro financiero regional. El proyecto, que tiene un total de 500 000 m², se compone de tres torres de oficinas, el hotel Conrad Seoul y el centro comercial IFC Mall Seoul, y fue diseñado por Arquitectonica. It was officially launched in 2005, and is part of Seoul Metropolitan Government's plan to rejuvenate the Yeouido area as a regional financial hub. The 500,000 square meter development made up of IFC Office Towers, Conrad Seoul Hotel and IFC Mall Seoul, designed by Arquitectonica. - 서울국제금융센터(영어: International Finance Centre, Seoul 인터내셔널 파이낸스 센터 서울[*], 영어: IFC Seoul 아이 에프 시 서울[*])는 대한민국 서울특별시 영등포구 여의도에 있는 마천루 단지이다. 3개의 사무용 건물과 1개의 호텔로 구성되어 있으며, 이 중 가장 높은 서울 제3국제금융센터인 3IFC는 지상 55층, 높이 285미터이다. 현재 공식 명칭은 서울국제금융센터가 맞고 인터내셔널 파이낸스 센터라는 명칭이 있으며 그리고 IFC 서울이라는 명칭으로 더 알려져 있는데 부산 남구 문현금융단지에도 국제금융센터 건물인 부산국제금융센터(BIFC) 건물이 있기 때문이다. 이 건물은 2002년에 계획이 시작되었으며 2006년에 계획이 끝난 후 그 당시 착공하였다. 이후에도 1IFC는 2011년에 완공 및 개장했으며 2IFC, 3IFC, IFC몰, 콘래드 서울 호텔은 2012년에 완공 및 개장하였고 여의도에 이 빌딩들이 세워졌다. 이렇게 해서 미국의 회사인 AIG금융그룹이 이 건물을 추진했으며, IFC 설계디자인 미국 Arquitectonica, IFC몰 디자인은 영국계 Benoy(베노이), 콘래드 서울 호텔 디자인은 홍콩의 LRF이다. 시공사는 GS건설, 대림산업, 현대산업개발이다. 세계 최초 IFC 건물은 1999년 홍콩에 완공되었다. 그리고 2003년에 완공되었고 충칭 시에 위치한 JW 메리어트 IFC는 2003년, 타이베이 101의 IFC는 2004년, 광저우에는 2010년, 핑안 IFC는 2010년, 상하이 IFC가 2012년에 완공되었으며 그 다음에도 대한민국 최초 국제금융센터인 서울국제금융센터가 2013년에 전경련회관이 완공되기 전까지 당시에 완공 및 개장하였다. 그 이후인 2014년에 부산국제금융센터가 완공 당시 대한민국의 두번째 국제금융센터가 되었다. 4개의 마천루인 1IFC는 32층, 2IFC는 29층, 3IFC는 55층, 콘래드 서울 호텔은 37층으로 구성되어 있다. IFC몰은 지하 3층까지 있으며 쇼핑 센터를 대표하고 맛집이 존재한다. 434개의 객실으로 구성된 38층의 5성급 특급호텔인 콘래드 서울 호텔(38층, 200m)이 있다. (ko)
