- كان إنتف قائد من قادة قوات الجيش المصري القديم في حوالي عام 2000 قبل الميلاد تحت إمرة الملك منتوحتب الثاني مؤسس الأسرة الحادية عشر. وكان لقبه الرئيسي هو المشرف على القوات، والتي غالبًا ما يتم ترجمتها إلى قائد القوات. ونجد من ضمن الألقاب الأخرى الخاتم الملكي والصديق الوحيد (للملك). عُرف إنتيف بشكل رئيسي من خلال قبره الطيبي. وهو عبارة عن قبر (TT386) منحوت في الجبل ومُصطف مع مقابر أخرى هناك. وهو قبر مُزين بالكامل. واجهته تحتوي على العديد من الأعمدة المزينة بالرسومات، الممر مُغطى بألواح حجرية مزخرفة. ويوجد خلف الممر هيكل صغير كان في وقت ما مُزين بألواح حجرية عليها رسومات. العديد من الرسومات الموجودة على الأعمدة الأمامية والجدار التي تم الحفاظ عليها بشكل جيد. وهي تُظهر حصاراً على قلعة فلسطينية، والصيد في الأهوار، والمناظر الزراعية، وورش العمل. أما ألواح ممر هيكل العبادة فلم يتبقى منها إلا بعض الأجزاء الصغيرة. ويظهر اسم العرش في القبر: منتوحتب الثاني، مما يؤكد أن تاريخ إنتف كان في عهد هذا الملك. ويوجد مدخل حجر الدفن المحفورة في الأرض عند هيكل العبادة حيث يوجد تابوت غير منقوش لإنتف. وعُثِر أيضاً على تمثال لإنتف في المقبرة. وأخيرًا، توجد لوحة لهذا القائد كوبنهاغن. - Intef, también conocido como Antef o An(jotef) fue un general del Antiguo Egipto de la Dinastía XI, alrededor del año 2000 a. C., bajo el rey Mentuhotep II. Su título principal fue el de supervisor de las tropas a menudo traducido como general. Otros de sus títulos incluían el de sellador real, canciller del rey del Bajo Egipto y único amigo (del rey). Intef es conocido principalmente por su tumba tebana. Una tumba saff en Asasif, decorada con el llamado estilo de pintura local de Tebas de la época de Mentuhotep II. Su pórtico se terminó anteriormente al proceso de reunificación, teniendo la fachada varios pilares con pinturas, mientras que el corredor estaba cubierto con losas de piedra decoradas en relieve. Detrás del corredor hay una capilla también decorada con losas de piedra, esta vez pintadas. Varias pinturas están bien conservadas en los pilares delanteros y en la pared detrás de ellos. - Intef (Antef) was an Ancient Egyptian general of the 11th Dynasty, around 2000 BC, under king Mentuhotep II. His main title was overseer of troops often translated as general. Other titles include royal sealer and sole friend (of the king). Intef is mainly known from his Theban tomb. This is a saff-tomb. It was fully decorated. The facade has several pillars with paintings, while the corridor behind was covered with relief decorated stone slabs. Behind the corridor there is a chapel also once decorated with slabs of stone, this time painted. Several of the paintings are well preserved on the front pillars and the wall behind them. They show the siege of a Palestine fortress, hunting in the marshes, agricultural scenes and workshops. The slabs of the corridor and cult chapel are only preserved in fragments. In the tomb appears the throne name: Mentuhotep II, confirming the dating of Intef under this king. At the cult chamber is the entrance to the underground burial chamber and there is standing uninscribed sarcophagus of Intef. In the tomb was also found a statue of Intef. Finally, in the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek in Copenhagen is a stela of the general. (en)
