- حقوق الإنسان في بولندا منصوص عليها في الفصل الثاني من دستورها المبرم عام 1997. بولندا طرف في العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان، من بينها الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان، والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، واتفاقية هلسنكي، والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، واتفاقية حقوق الطفل. لا تُحترم حقوق الإنسان في بولندا دائمًا في الحياة العملية. منذ عام 1959 وحتى عام 2019، قضت المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان بأن بولندا انتهكت حقوق الإنسان في 989 قضية. في عام 2021 صنفت الرابطة الدولية لمجتمع الميم (منظمة أوروبية) بولندا في المرتبة الأدنى في الاتحاد الأوروبي لحماية حقوق مجتمع الميم للعام الثاني على التوالي. - Human rights in Poland are enumerated in the second chapter of its Constitution, ratified in 1997. Poland is a party to several international agreements relevant to human rights, including the European Convention on Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Helsinki Accords, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Human rights in Poland are not always upheld in practice. From 1959 to 2019, the European Court of Human Rights has ruled that Poland violated human rights in 989 cases. In 2021, ILGA-Europe ranked Poland lowest in the European Union for protection of LGBT rights for the second year in a row. (en)
- Les droits de l'homme en Pologne sont inscrits dans le second chapitre de la constitution du pays. La Pologne est membre d'un nombre important d'accords internationaux relatifs aux droits de l'homme, tels que la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme, les accords d'Helsinki, le Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques et le Pacte international relatif aux droits économiques, sociaux et culturels. La peine de mort a été abolie et la Pologne est membre de la Cour pénale internationale (CPI). Après la chute de la République populaire de Pologne et du communisme en 1989, les droits de l'homme se sont grandement améliorés avec le remplacement d'un État autoritaire et répressif par un gouvernement démocratique selon l'ONG américaine Freedom House. - Prawa człowieka w Polsce – szczegółowe prawa człowieka są chronione na podstawie rozdziału II Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (1997) i dodatkowo gwarantowane przez ratyfikowane traktaty międzynarodowe. Mimo to, międzynarodowe organizacje zajmujące się ich ochroną zgłaszały ich naruszenia, dokonywane zwłaszcza przez szeroko pojęte służby specjalne, a naukowcy np. prof. Wieruszewski i Katarzyna Sękowska-Kozłowska z Poznańskiego Centrum Praw Człowieka PAN na problem zaległości w ratyfikacji traktatów i konwencji. (pl)
