Martin) الحائز على شهادة الدكتوراه (من مواليد 22 أكتوبر لعام 1951)، هو مهندس أمريكي، ومدرس، ومستشار سابق لجامعة وينستون سالم الحكومية، والمستشار الحالي لجامعة كارولاينا الشمالية الحكومية الزراعية والتقنية. يُعتبر مارتن أول خريج من جامعة كارولاينا الشمالية الحكومية الزراعية والتقنية يشغل منصب المستشار فيها على مر تاريخها. أصبحت جامعة كارولاينا الشمالية الحكومية الزراعية والتقنية في ظل إدارته الجامعة التي تضم أكبر عدد من الطلاب السود على مر التاريخ في البلاد (HBCU)، إذ صنُفت كأكثر الجامعات العامة التي تضم طلابًا سود على مستوى البلاد، وثالث جامعة عامة من حيث الإنتاجية البحثية في كارولاينا الشمالية. عززت الجامعة مكانتها باعتبارها مؤسسة لاند غرانت وجامعةً لأبحاث الدكتوراه. Martin Sr. Ph.D. (born October 22, 1951) is an American engineer, educator, former chancellor of Winston-Salem State and current chancellor of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He is the first alumnus in the history of North Carolina A&T to hold the position of Chancellor. Under his leadership, N.C. A&T has become the nation's largest historically black university (HBCU), its top-ranked public HBCU and North Carolina's third most productive public research university. It has also increased its standing as a land-grant institution and doctoral research university. (en)
